The Healthcare Support Worker plays a significant role in a patient’s recovery. We provide person centredcare for patients from the Berwickshire Locality; providingnursing care, rehabilitation, re-ablement and palliative care to patients closer to their own home. This may follow a period ofacute hospital admission or a period of being unwell at home in which the Community Hospital may be a more suitable environment to provide this individualised care. This isa challenging and exciting opportunity to develop new or enhance existing skills.
