Clinical Director Package Salary is negotiable Generous Annual Bonus Role Overview • Provide visible leadership, strategic management and expert advice on best quality, safe, compliant care, regulation, and risk management. • Ensure robust plans are in place to achieve a Good CQC rating with aspirations to achieve outstanding. • Develop GCH's market position as a leader in dementia, elderly care, end of life and nursing care, whilst developing and maintaining the profile of Gold Care. • Strategic leadership for ongoing review of our systems and processes. • Develop a robust internal company audit strategy to bring it in line with CQC and other national frameworks and guidelines. • Drive clinical excellence within clinical colleagues through on-going clinical competency assessments and trainings that are aligned with best evidence-based practice and NMC Code of Practice. • Drive the delivery of a vision that encompasses improvements in quality and service-users experience and lifestyle through research, innovation, and coaching. Knowledge and Experience : • Registered nurse with active pin and degree in nursing • Evidence of further professional development in relation to care management and quality. • Senior Management experience in health and social care including experience in elderly and mental health care. • In-depth knowledge of quality and clinical governance and best practice in health and social care • Established incredible clinical leader able to effectively lead, influence, develop and able to inspire and motivate others. • Thorough understanding of UK regulatory requirements (CQC) and experience of working with health and social care regulators • Strong leadership skills directing change and improvement throughout the Organisation through influence monitoring and evaluation. • Developing highly efficient quality and governance systems • Specialist skills in working with older people, especially those living with dementia • Used to working with a high level of autonomy. • Problem resolution capability • Experience in SIRO and ICO • Experienced in prioritising and managing deadlines. • Experience in developing and implementing quality frameworks. Qualifications and Training: • Possession of a relevant professional qualification such as NVQ 4 in health and social care OR Possession of a Management qualification e.g. DMS, MBA • RGN qualified and hold a live NMC pin number. • Full UK driving licence with flexibility to be able to travel around the UK as and when required."}
