The Opportunity Trócaire's Outreach Team in NI sits within the Ireland Division and engages in fundraising, education and campaigning activities throughout the region. As the Administration Assistant for the Outreach Team you will support our work by providing logistical support for key fundraising campaigns, coordinating outreach visit schedules and liaising with key stakeholders such as volunteers, third party suppliers and occasionally, guest speakers and overseas visitors to the region. This is an interesting and varied role for a skilled, experienced administrator who has strong communication skills and great attention to detail. You will be based in our Belfast office (with the opportunity to apply for remote working 2 days a week) working with a very supportive and collaborative team who are committed to making a positive difference in our world. Find out more at www.trocaire.org Requirements You will report to The Outreach Manager NIThe job opportunity will be offered on a fixed term contract for 2 years (with the possibility of extension) and is based in Belfast. We are looking for someone with at least two years administration experience who has an enthusiastic and positive approach to their work and the ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as knowledge of basic IT packages, especially Excel, are essential. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer/donor care, and knowledge of a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system or database such as Salesforce would be beneficial.
