We are seeking to recruit a Deputy Team Manager who will provide leadership and effective day-to-day management for our busy CMHT.The successful candidates will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills; ability to manage a caseload of patients with enduring mental health needs; a good understanding of these needs, a sound knowledge base, and the ability to work autonomously and under pressure. The candidate must be proficient with information technology. Good interpersonal skills are essential for the role.
