The ward has an amazing MDT approach that supports optimising inpatient care, treatment and discharges. Professional development is supported within the department and Trust. The successful candidate will be a qualified nurse with evidence of leadership skills in an acute Trust. You will be flexible and proactive. Experience working in a senior role for at least one year is highly recommended. You will be an experienced nurse looking for a challenge to progress your career in nursing. You will demonstrate excellent knowledge & previous experience in caring for urology patients processing excellent leadership skills. You will be working collaboratively with other MDT members. You will be confident in working under your initiative & able to prioritise your clinical care & workload accordingly. You will have the opportunity to develop your leadership & management skills with the support of the Ward Manager & Matron. You will receive full induction/support for relevant training to become a competent sister/charge nurse.
