To take part fully in the daily routine of the Phlebotomy service. This may involve light portering duties and general messenger duties. To maintain patient confidentiality at all times. To participate in a system of performance review as required by the Phlebotomy Manager. To work as guided by Advanced Phlebotomists, and as directed by Senior Phlebotomists on the Wards, Outpatients Department, or occasionally in outreach clinics. To participate as part of a team to provide Phlebotomy cover for weekend and Bank Holiday rotas.
