The successful applicant will report to the Designated Mental Health Lead and work closely with the Pastoral Team to provide effective one to one/group mentoring, guidance and coaching for pupils with emotional, social and mental health needs. This role exists within the School Pastoral Team due to recognising the significant need for emotional wellbeing support for young people in this current climate. This role is an exciting opportunity to make a difference to the lives of our pupils and enhance their overall school experience through creating and leading tailored emotional wellbeing programmes and interventions.
