Using your previous operational emergency service, contact centre or health care experience, you will translate organisational strategy to local delivery plans. This function requires your commitment to working an on-call roster providing specialist advice to organisational commanders. The Service Manager for EMS Coordination will ensure the efficient and effective management of the North EMS Coordination Centre, supporting the delivery of high quality services. You will have responsibility for the delivery of local operational services ensuring that objectives and performance targets are met by monitoring and maintaining standards including the setting and achievement of quality targets, key performance indicators, clinical performance indicators and identified savings plans within your area of responsibility. You will have responsibility for direct line management to the EMS Coordination teams including providing visible leadership. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply. "}
