Supporting and monitoring their healthcare needs, including administering medication. Maintaining a safe and clean environment for the individual. Safeguarding individuals and reporting any concerns. Accurate and timely record keeping and incident/accident reports. Able to work on a rolling rota basis and being part of a team of core carers/support workers around the individual, working collaboratively with the management team.
