And this is where you come in because the laboratory in the Clinic is expanding and is now seeking our next Data Entry Associate: This is a 12-months contract Office-based, full-time, working hours are 37 hours per week, Mond-Fri, business hours. If working overtime hours (not common), this will be compensated with flexi time back. Who You Are Educated to GCSE level. Background in Health care is not needed but can be a bonus. What we need is you are: Comfortable with data management and computer systems, Accuracy working with data and data bases, Ideally, you bring some previous data entry or administrative assistant experience, but this is not needed. Other experience that can be a bonus is in customer service, orders taking, warehouse… ON A NORMAL DAY, YOU WILL… Work in International Phase 1 clinical trials. All our teams in Drapers Yard live to answer one question: is the drug safe? Under this framework, you will: Enter data (the results generated in clinical trials) into the appropriate Case Report Form (CRF) database. These are industry-specific tools you will be trained to use. Make study decisions on a daily basis to ensure that the data entry remains on schedule and quality remains high. You will perform data QC resolving unverified records, raising queries, flagging any issues to ensure data is available for validation.
