About The Work We provide care to the elderly and also for adults with physical and learning disabilities. This includes all aspects of personal care, providing companionship, helping with social visits and days out, meal preparation, shopping, medication prompting and housekeeping. Providing companionship. Providing personal care. Preparing meals of choice. Assisting with general housework. Taking clients on days out.Enabling & promoting Independence. Administering medication - providing medication at the appropriate time. About You If you have previous experience as a Care Assistant, HCA, Support Worker or Carer we would love to hear from you. However, if you dont have experience, we provide full training and encourage candidates from other industries to apply. You may already provide informal care to children or family, these skills can provide a great base for social care training. What You Will Need A 'can do' attitude with a patient centered approach.
