{"interviewQueryText":"What are some good interview questions in British English for the job description below?\n\n-------------------------------------------\n\nHead of Digital Health and Care with Royal Borough of Greenwich in London, United Kingdom\n\n What's the job? Greenwich is transforming its health and care services using digital technology and data alongside strength-based working with residents. The council is joining forces with the NHS and partners to help people to stay in their homes, be more independent and better manage their health conditions, while relieving pressure on multiple systems. This role is a 2 year fixed term contract that will lead this programme of assistive technology-enabled care (ATEC) work through to business as usual over the next two years - with better outcomes for our residents being our motivating passion. You'll be responsible for not only putting new technology at the heart of our health and care services, but also for embedding a new mindset across the systems in which you'll be operating. We're determined that these new ways of working, and the compassionate and innovative mindset which supports them, are going to be the new normal. At the same time, you'll be responsible for realising the system efficiencies that ATEC can offer and which Greenwich, as every other authority, is under huge pressure to deliver. In this role you'll be expected to balance the primary aim of improving our residents' lives, with the pressure to meet our huge financial challenges. This is a huge opportunity to lead this agenda in a wonderful, diverse London borough. You'll be based in the council's digital team, which prides itself on its kind and inclusive culture, and which partners closely with the rest of the council and our system partners to lead change for resident benefit. You'll report to the Assistant Director for Digital and Customer Services, who is joint SRO for this programme of work along with our Integrated Director of Adult Commissioning. What you'll be doing day to day Delivering the operating model for go-live at the end of 2024, working across multiple teams across the system. Building high-trust and authentic relationships at very senior levels across the council, the NHS and our system partners both in Greenwich and at the South-East London level. Leading the investment and benefits realisation of digital health and care in Greenwich and South-East London. Implementing the required data and technology to be able to run, scale and innovate on the day 1 model of digital health and care. Establishing Greenwich as a pioneer and leader for digital health and care. Designing data innovation into the core of how assistive technology-enabled care works in Greenwich. Who should apply for this role? To be suited to this role, you should above all else be a compassionate, inclusive and dedicated leader. You should be passionate about improving services for the people we serve, and hold huge energy for change and innovation. You will be curious and humble, treating every experience as an opportunity to learn. You'll be great at building meaningful relationships with anyone you come across professionally; you'll be able to listen to people's views and concerns, and respond positively, finding common ground wherever you can. You'll have excellent analytical skills too, helping you work maturely with data and persuade others to do the same. You should have extensive experience of innovating in complex public services, and will most likely have experience of leading similar innovation work in health and/or social care, preferably within a local authority. This is a role for someone who loves complex challenges where there are no right answers, opportunities abound and the potential to change people's lives is enormous.
