Based in Liverpool city centre in modern offices, this role is full time hours Monday to Friday and will be full time in the office. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing first class customer service within every call they take and ever visitor they meet. The role will also involve elements of administration, for which they are happy to provide full training for. Greet all customers and visitors that come into the office, taking messages, general queries and offer refreshments. Be aware of company product knowledge and information, so you are providing the best possible service. Take all inbound calls and deal with queries as appropriate. Promote the business and provide customers with any relevant information. House keeping of the reception area. Additional administration, maintaining files, preparing documents etc. Sending written communications. Contacting customers for updates where required. Maintaining company database. Any general admin or reception duties as required. To be considered for this role, we are ideally looking for someone with reception experience however if you have a good customer service background, a confident speaker over the phone and are basically passionate about such a role, we want to hear from you! Strong IT skills. Good administration. Excellent communication skills are essential, verbal and written. Highly organised, attention to detail, able to remain calm in a busy role. You’ll be the first point of contact for the business, so a professional and personal manner always. £12.05ph plus holiday pay and benefits such as Reed Rewards discounts.
