The post is based in Central Aberdeenshire providing care for individuals who have been referred from GP Practices in the expansive but picturesque catchment area. Car ownership and licence are a prerequisite for the post. We are looking for a motivated and skilled practitioner who has sound assessment skills, ability to communicate well within a team, be able to work independently and have experience of multi-agency working. You should preferably have experience working with older adults, including functional and organic illnesses. The successful candidate will manage a caseload under the supervision of the Team & Deputy Team Leader. Informal visits to the team are encouraged. An attractive relocation allowance of up to £8,000 is available to successful candidates. Interviews will take place on the 4th of October 2024.
