The post holder will support senior nursing staff with the delivery of safe and holistic care to a caseload of housebound patients with complex needs. The District Nursing Team provide nursing care to the patients registered with Ardach Health Centre and Seafield and Cullen Medical Group. Both practices have robust communication links between the different professions. Experience of working in community nursing with a wide variety of skills and knowledge of health and social care issues is desirable but not essential. The candidate should be willing to work flexibly, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be committed to being a team player and have a desire to give a high standard of service to patient care.
