Paediatric Haematology Clinical Nurse Specialist Band 6 We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our dedicated benign haematology team as a band 6. The team covers the South West region working with children and families diagnosed with benign Haematology conditions (predominantly Sickle Cell disease and Haemophilia) and the teamplan and provide family centred care for this patient group. This will include providing personalised care and support for families in the in-patient, out-patient and community setting as part of the larger multi-disciplinary team. This patient group encompasses a diverse population, and so the post holder will need to recognise and adapt to their requirements. We are looking for someone with excellent communication and IT skills who is able to exercise initiative and has a flexible approach to work. This is a full time post working flexible hours Monday-Friday and will need to have a full driving license and have access to a vehicle.
