A \"can-do\" attitude with a genuine passion for exceeding guest expectations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organisational skills and a meticulous attention to detail. Knowledge of Opera hotel management system is a distinct advantage.
