The role will also focus on further development of evidence-based treatment for patients on the standard care pathway within the service. The post holder will have extensive experience and specialist skills in working with people with eating disorders. They will work in collaboration with other members of the Trustwide Community Eating Disorder Service to provide psychological assessment, care planning and community treatment for people aged over 18. The role will also focus on the development of standard care treatment pathways within the service. The post holder will be required to undertake assessments; provide individual and group psychotherapeutic interventions in accordance with the evidence base; undertake research; and participate in personal CPD and the provision of training to the eating disorders team and to the wider service. The post holder will be required to work within the framework of the service's policies and procedures and to supervise, manage and support the work of less qualified team members and trainees. "}
