To identify the limitations of their own practice and liaise with senior colleagues where these limitations have been reached to ensure good quality patient care is maintained. Maintain accurate clinical records ensuring that Clinical Codes are used effectively and accurately. This role includes assessment, diagnosis and treatment of these patients who present with undiagnosed conditions. The post holder will provide and maintain a high standard of care for patients as well as providing support to the GPs and other members of the primary health care team.
