An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Senior Project Manager to join our newly established Digital Patient Pathway Management team. This innovative team is dedicated to supporting, enabling, and optimising digital patient pathway management across the Trust. As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in leading high-impact digital projects that streamline patient journeys, improve operational efficiencies, and enhance the overall patient experience. Lead on the development, management and delivery of complex digital transformation projects within the patient pathway management initiative, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. With theHead of Digital Patient Pathway Management team and Digital Change Manager, shape the strategic direction of digital patient pathways, working closely with senior clinical, operational, and IT leaders to align project goals with broader Trust priorities. Work collaboratively across the North West London Acute Provider Collaborative towards optimisation of patient pathways Build and manage relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including clinicians, patients, IT teams, and external digital health partners, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Lead on the design and implementation of digital tools and technologies to optimise patient flow and care pathways, reducing waiting times and improving patient outcomes. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with projects, ensuring that issues are promptly addressed to maintain project momentum.
