About The Role Reporting to the Spa Manager at W Edinburgh, as Spa Receptionist you will play an integral role in ensuring all our guests feel pampered and relaxed during their time with us. Joining the team means you will be instrumental to the success of the hotel’s operation and beyond. As Spa Receptionist, key aspects of your role will include: Managing the reservations system by scheduling services for clients and large groups using spa reservation systems. Confirm/Amend upcoming scheduled treatments. Update the reservations/cancellations list throughout the day, inform providers of last-minute changes, and resolve scheduling issues as needed by working with supervisor/manager.
