This post offers an exciting opportunity for a Clinical/Educational Psychologist or Psychological Practitioner to work in Beechwood College, a specialist residential college for Autistic individuals . This Band 7/8a role would be suitable for a new/recently qualified Clinical/Educational Psychologists or a Registered Clinician (e.g. Nurse, Speech and Language Therapist, Occupational Therapist) with further training in psychological therapies suitable for people with Autistic individuals. The clinician will join a vibrant and established clinical team consisting of a Consultant Clinical Psychologist, Behaviour Support Nurse, Assistant Psychologists, Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Dietician, Physiotherapist. They will be part of this specialist multidisciplinary team delivering behaviour support and psychological therapy to both residential and day students at the college. The post holder will have the opportunity to work under the supervision of a Consultant Clinical Psychologist to provide comprehensive assessment and intervention. They will also have an opportunity to develop their own supervision skills , as appropriate, with Assistant Psychologists and/or Trainee placements. "}
