Main duties of the job Working as an independent prescriber, our ANP will be able to diagnose and treat patients presenting with acute problems and chronic diseases, via face to face appointment, home visits and telephone consultations. We are looking for someone who is able to work autonomously within their professional scope, alongside providing care for the presenting complaint from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of care including making necessary referrals for investigations would be required.
