The successful candidates will take part in our 6 month bespoke training programme, which aims to build your clinical knowledge and confidence. The role involves carrying out clinical telephone consultations, providing advice and information in line with policies, procedures, and guidelines, whilst utilising professional judgement and referring to other agencies where appropriate.
