Our purpose-built facility is just 12 miles from Cambridge, within the beautiful mediaeval city of Ely. There are train and bus links to Ely from Kings Cross and Liverpool Street London, and our site is within distance of Ely train station and Ely Bus station. Requirements What is essential to us... Previous experience in industrial or office cleaning Reliable Efficient Able to work unsupervised Pro-active Ability to take initiative and suggest ideas for process improvement What We Would Like You To Do/ To See... Take ownership of the cleaning of the Thorlabs building including general cleaning of all office, production and lab areas Cleaning of communal areas such as the staff canteen and toilets etc Undertake deep clean activities as required Ensuring stocks of consumables, such as sanitizer, hand soap, toilet tissue etc. are maintained Upkeep of kitchen areas (emptying dishwasher, cleaning coffee machine, etc.) General support to the facilities team as required What will you get?
