In partnership with our chosen supplier, we have embarked on our digital excellence journey to implement an Electronic Patient System (EPR) system that will transform the quality of care for our patients and staff by having instantly accessible information using the latest mobile technology, reducing paper usage and utilising clinical decision support tools. The Patient Systems Support will be part of a specialist team of multi skilled Digital professionals responsible for the implementation and optimisation of the new EPR. Patient Systems Support (EPR ) This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team, providing an excellent service to our end users. This role will be both trainer and systems support in a team that provides knowledge, development and support to system users. The successful post-holder will be based at Harrogate District Hospital and it is likely that you may sometimes work from home to support teams and systems users with various remote working solutions. You will be able to demonstrate a defined track record of patient/clinical systems support and promoting the importance of high quality data integrity to inform effective decision making.
