Care Assistant Benefits Available We will offer you flexible/set working patterns to suit you Generous pay rates £12.00 + 45p per mile (for car drivers) and your travel time Probation rate is £11.50 for inexperienced Care Workers Paid DBS Refer a friend Scheme £150 Regular bonus payments Time and half/double time bank holiday payments Company pension scheme 28 days holiday equivalent Company Phone/Training and Progression. We will also provide you with a free uniform, fleece and winter coat Requirements for the Care Assistant. Care Assistant must be flexible, and able to work a key times of service delivery which includes mornings, afternoons and evenings and alternate weekends.
