Posistion: Clinical Nurse Advisor Location: South East Region - Fulham, Harefield, Isleworth & Sutton Job Type: Permanent, Full Time Shift Pattern: 35hrs Competitive salary + bonus + company car (or car allowance) The impact you will have You will act as the primary on site Arjo contact for the trust(s), working in partnership towards a reduction in the incidence of hospital acquired pressure ulcers through best practice principles in pressure ulcer prevention and management. The skills you will need Advice and guidance on equipment selection Clinical ward walks to match equipment use to patient need In service product training programs Customer education programs, forums and study days Pressure ulcer prevalence surveys and outcome related planning and monitoring Provide added reassurance and a commitment to improving both clinical and cost effectiveness for our contracted partners and their patients Rental equipment management and reporting Key account management and cross functional working within all divisions of Arjo and with all external stakeholders The successful candidate will have or should be willing to work towards the following: Experience of working within a healthcare environment preferable An understanding of business planning processes desirable Must be able to deal with customers confidently in a variety of situations e.g. demonstrations, presentations and ward visits etc. Ability to have or develop negotiation and interpersonal skills to handle a range of customer contracts Knowledge and understanding of current NHS & Private Hospital sector dynamics in the UK along with community nursing homes and hospices desirable Experience in wound care desirable Knowledge of Arjo products will be a distinct advantage Ability to engage with clients at senior levels and assess their operational needs Ability to foster collaboration within the various functions of Arjo and enable communication and knowledge sharing Ability to work under pressure in a demanding environment Previous commercial sales / clinical experience desirable Qualifications / Skills: RGN or similar Professional Healthcare Qualification preferable Current NMC registration or other similar Professional Healthcare organisation essential Presentation skills preferable It is essential to have good written and spoken English. UK Requirements: Eligibility to work in the UK (essential). Driving Licence: Required to hold a valid UK drivers licence. Travel: Ability to travel within the UK and abroad with overnight stays as and when required. Enhanced DBS clearance: Required at the cost of Arjo. IT: Basic level Microsoft Office skills namely Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
