The Trust aims to deliver safe, high quality care and ensures a positive patient experience. As part of our team you will represent the Trust in delivering nursing care in line with the Trust Values and treat all staff/colleagues, patients, families, and visitors with respect and dignity. Working under the direction of the Senior Sister/Charge Nurse, you will provide and maintain effective clinical assessment to ensure that patient care is planned and evaluated. The successful candidate will benefit from an orientation and induction programme run by our Critical Care Educator. Staff follow an education pathway, which is competency based (using the Critical Care national competency framework) and will have the opportunity to undertake a Critical Care course in conjunction with a University.
