The Trust is seeking a highly motivated and suitably experienced professional to take up the post of Group Director within the recently formed Specialist Services Care Group. The Group has four clinical business units covering a range of services including adult secure, children's specialist community teams and inpatients, specialist autism inpatient services, neuro rehabilitation and a number of specialist wards and teams including addictions, eating disorders, gender services. The Group Director is a key leadership role within the Trust responsible for the safe and effective delivery of services.The successful applicant will work as part of a Triumvirate with the Group Medical Director and Group Nurse Director to deliver the strategic ambitions of the Trust: Quality care, every day - We will aspire to deliver expert, compassionate, person-led care every day, in every team.
