Skills And Experience Excellent people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to deliver exceptional service Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders Strong understanding of budget management and the ability to manage costs effectively whilst still delivering high-quality service Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively Ability to work under own initiative Previous experience in a supervisory or coordination role within a care home or similar healthcare setting. In-depth knowledge of care practices in residential care. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact compassionately and professionally with residents, families, and staff.
