Main responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to: Provide a welcoming and accommodating service to all guests, in compliance with departmental Standard Operating Procedures and hotel service standards. Perform check-in and check-out duties while maintaining a professional, helpful and friendly attitude towards guests. Actively promote the services and facilities available to guests within the hotel and maximise revenue by up-selling current promotions Liaise with other departments to ensure good communication and support. Monitor room allocations and process invoices upon check-out. Contribute in maintaining an excellent level of service in conjunction with the minimum requirement of the LQA standards at all times. Successful candidates for the Receptionist will demonstrate genuine dedication to The Berkeley and show a commitment to consistent quality in our product and service.
