As part of our team, you will be working closely with our operational management team, clinical & nursing teams to support with the day to day challenges the team faces. The successful candidate will join a wonderful team who provide comprehensive, professional and efficient administrative support and help the service meet national target at Newham University Hospital. Candidates should be confident in themselves, quick to learn IT systems, flexible approach to learning and familiar with MS Word, Excel. Communication is key to this role and the team is always open to listening to new approaches with the aim of improving patient experience and care The purpose of this post is to actively manage the administrative processes of patient pathways, ensuring a smooth and efficient service for patients throughout their treatment by the Trust. Also to ensure and participate in providing an effective administration service to the multidisciplinary team.
