You should have a desire for learning and developing your skills and knowledge, we will support you to develop skills such as wound care and plastering. You will work closely with our Registered nurses and Emergency Nurse Practitioners to ensure that patients pathway through both the Emergency Care Centre and Urgent Treatment Centre is safe, efficient and within a timely manner. You must have previous care expierence, the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines, have good written and verbal communication skills, and enjoy working in constant and rapidly changing environments. It is essential that you are able to work across both sites of PHU and Gosport War Memorial Hospital. You will start your career with us by taking part in our in-depth induction program, designed to support you in finding your feet within our organisation, and quickly feel part of the team. The induction program, also leads to the Care Certificate. Please note this role does not offer certificate of Sponorship Key Responsibilities: Under the supervision of registered healthcare professionals, you will be assisting the team with the provision of clinical care for a defined group of patients. In addition, you will take all possible steps to safeguard the welfare, safety and security of patients, visitors, and staff.
