You will work closely with the Area Manager in delivering the College's outcomes and maintaining an employment transition rate for students at above 75%. The coordinator’s main duties will include supporting, monitoring and recording individual student’s progress and reinforcing employability skills by delivering sessions in a classroom setting. The role also involves delivering bespoke training to mentors and sourcing new employers to provide placements/employment transitions for students.
