An exciting opportunity as the Clinical Director for Pathology Services has arisen within CTM University Health board. This colleague will be part of our senior leadership team and will help transform and shape our Pathology services through a stimulating period of transition. This role requires a leader who can navigate complex environments and drive impactful change with a supportive clinical and managerial supporting team. They must excel at building relationships across different professions and health and care systems and have the ability to challenge and guide senior leadership teams effectively. We know inclusive, supportive and empowering cultures deliver safe patient care and a key aim for this potholders will be to develop a one-team approach from partners and stakeholders across the Health board and regional Pathology teams to deliver the required transformation.
