We are seeking a full time experienced Senior Healthcare Assistant who is an excellent team player with a reliable work record. The Outpatient Service is the shop window of the Trust that aims to provide a service that is patient focused, with an emphasis on quality and efficiency. This role would suit someone who is; proactive, embraces change, has high standards, is well organised, is an excellent communicator and enjoys being part of a large clinical team and learning new skills. If you have experience in Outpatients services, enjoy meeting new people and having a positive impact on patient experience then this opportunity is for you. We are offering you an interesting and varied role, where you will be working as part of a friendly team. Additionally we would be interested in employing a person who would be keen to progress in their career by undertaking the Nursing Associate Training. This training would be fully supported by the department should you meet the criteria and be successfully accepted onto the course. The Division is supportive of ongoing professional development. The Senior HCA will contribute fully as a member of the nursing team, and be effective in the smooth running of the department. The Senior HCA will work closely with the team, including junior staff and students, providing supervision as required. This post would also suit a Health Care Assistant who is looking to develop their career by considering training for Band 4 Nursing Associate.
