These new posts will be key to delivering this work through a combination of direct activity delivery, managing grants and commissioned partners and working with our cultural, health and community sector to promote opportunities. We are looking for someone with experience of working within cultural diverse communities to deliver programmes of activity, good partnership and collaboration skills and a passion for creative health and community development. You will join a friendly, dynamic team at an exciting time as we embed the learning and legacy of our year as the London Borough of Culture, developing new partnerships with the cultural and community sector. This programme will enable us to test new approaches to creative wellbeing and to bring a step change with arts and leisure participation in Croydon. There are two full time, fixed term posts to March 2026. We envisage one will focus mostly on physical activity and wellbeing and one will focus mostly on arts and mental wellbeing.
