To provide an efficient booking service for the patient to support the patient pathway To manage referrals to clinics providing additional capacity in line with agreed protocols. Prompt and accurate input of patient details to the Oral Health Service waiting lists and booking of patient appointments Ensure confirmation of booking to reduce DNA rate and maximize clinic utilisation.
