We are a 16 bed male ward. As a Healthcare Assistance you will be working very closely with the nurses and the rest of the multidisciplinary team to ensure a rapid recovery while a high quality care and safe discharge is provided. The Healthcare Assistance role is key within our patients’ treatment as you will be providing, supporting and encouraging patients with personal care, nutrition and hydration, mobility and safety.
