We are currently recruiting for Receptionists to work on our busy front line desks at the Leicester General Hospital and Glenfield Hospital. You will be the first point of contact for all visitors that come to the Reception Desks. It is essential that you have excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner and look presentable. Experience of working in a customer focused environment or similar role is required, together with GCSE English & Maths and accurate keyboard skills are essential. The hours are as stated above but there will be times when flexibility is needed particularly during your first weeks of employment when you will need to attend training sessions and shadow other staff members.
