This role entails supporting children through care proceedings or permanency arrangements. We have a dedicated Court progression Manager to support you during Care proceedings and an actively involved Family Finder and life story worker to ensure that we achieve timely permanence for our children. Our practice model focuses on a systemic way of working using a compassionate mind approach, with clinical facilitators attached to each team for bespoke support.
