The Endoscopy Unit is a very busy department and the successful candidate will work within the decontamination unit processing endoscopes and ensuring all equipment is ready for the daily lists. To work in the decontamination area to decontaminate endoscopy equipment following Standard Operating Procedures Take responsibility for the care, maintenance and record keeping of endoscopes and all decontamination equipment. Be responsible for reporting any breaches in the decontamination process to the senior nurse All new colleagues can expect to receive a warm and friendly Wirral welcome from the very first time they make contact with us.
