This is a busy and dynamic service where we put patients at the centre of the care that we provide The successful candidate will require excellent communication and organisational skills and possess a positive can-do attitude. Previous administrative experience is required The successful candidate should ideally have previous NHS experience in a similar setting and be familiar with Trust systems, such as Electronic Patient Records (EPR) i. Support the service development projects in the implementation of pilot programmes or new systems for e.g. one stop shop bookings ii. Attend meetings for service development initiatives as and when requested. iii. To be able to contribute to the continuous service improvement initiatives by the use of good analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and problem-solving. iv. Use Trust IT systems and POD databases to ensure relevant and appropriate patient information is entered and captured. v.
