Within your team you will benefit from a Borough lead with a wealth of experience in Children’s health, Safeguarding, School Nursing and Immunisations and a team that has in excess of 300 years’ experience who are ready to support your learning and development. The team in Hammersmith are based within Parkview Centre for Health and Wellbeing, Richford Gate, Park Medical centre, Parsons Green Health Centre. There is shared vision between commissioner and LCH to align Health Visiting with family hubs, this is will families to access a range of services at once and facilitate a supportive peer network for staff across services. For registered Band 6 Health Visitors, this post is offering a premium of £2,500 payable upon commencement of employment (T&C’s apply) Hammersmith and Fulham council believe first time buyers, key workers and people earning a low to middle income should not be forced to rent expensive accommodation, or have no choice but to live miles away from where they work.
