We are looking for a Full time Supervisor who is hard working, committed, and thrives in a team environment, able to look after a variety of Health Centres in Brighton & Hove You will be part of a 2 person rota covering 5 days per week, 8am – 8pm (Monday to Friday) Facilities Supervisor - 37.5 hours per week We currently have a vacancy for a highly motivated individual within our Facilities Team, which covers the housekeeping at Brighton General Hospital and to include the surrounding Health Centres. You must be able to work on your own initiative and have excellent communication skills. You will ensure the high departmental standards are maintained and regularly audited and be able to assess work loads and prioritise effectively . You will have ideally come from a facilities background, or have experience of monitoring staff. You will be part of a 2 person rota covering 5 days per week, 8am – 8pm You will need to lead and motivate your team ensuring a high quality, professional service is delivered to patients and staff at all times.
