You will be supporting the CYP by coordinating their care and attending professionals meeting. The post holder would provide supervision to their junior colleague and support student on placement. The post holder would be required to carry out Duty role where necessary and provide support to the wider team. The post holder is expected to be a good team player. We expect the post holder to have the right and transferable skills to carry out their role as a key worker.
