The successful candidate will provide the highest standard of nursing care and treatment to patients living in their home environment and the team's dressing clinic service. This vacancy is a permanent part time position, 30 hours per week. As a qualified Nurse Associate the role will involve assessing and treating patients within own competence levels, whilst liaising closely with the Clinical Leads, Community Nurses and Therapists within the team to ensure that patient's needs are met. Duties Include Undertaking clinical tasks such as venepuncture, wound care and management, performing and recording clinical observations, catheter management and administration of medication and injections. Supporting individuals and their families and carers receiving palliative care and support Discussing and sharing patient information with registered nursing colleagues To ensure the privacy, dignity and safety of patients is maintained at all times Recognising safeguarding issues relating to children and adults who may be at risk of harm or abuse CWP provides health and care services for local people, including mental health, learning disability, community physical health and all-age disability care – including the provision of three GP surgeries.
