Main duties of the job Practice nurses are part of our multi disciplinary team delivering chronic diseasemanagement clinics. The successful candidate will: Provide compassionate, safe andeffective care and support to patients. Prioritise and manage their own workload,recognising where elements of care can safely be delegated to other colleagues,carers and family members. Provide and receive sensitive informationconcerning patients medical conditions Please refer to the job description for further information About us Selsey Medical Practice is part of the Chichester Alliance of Medical Practices (ChAMP) Primary Care Network which consists of 8 GP surgeries covering Chichester, Selsey, Wittering, Tangmere and Southbourne and provides care to over 92,000 patients. We have 12,500 patients registered at our practice, we have 11 GP's who are supported by a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals and supporting roles.
