As a Neurodevelopmental Practitioner, You Will Conduct specialist clinical assessments. Support the development of a stepped-care approach to assist adults with neurodevelopmental disorders. The Main Responsibilities Of This Role Include To provide specialist interventions according to discipline including specialist assessment, treatment, planning, implementation and monitoring of outcomes. To offer expert consultation and advice to A&L and CMHT team members in Neurodevelopmental disorders including Autism, ADHD and Learning Disabilities. To participate in the development and implementation of a stepped care pathway for people presenting with neurodevelopmental disorders. To contribute to enabling other staff, service users and carers from diverse backgrounds to flourish by working to create a psychologically safe environment. To provide clinical supervision and consultation as appropriate. To promote service evaluation, audit and research. To scope clinical gaps for people with Neurodevelopmental Disorders.
